Mount Scopus Memorial College

The largest Jewish day school in Australia, Mount Scopus was established in 1949 as the mainstream Melbourne Jewish Community school.

The largest Jewish day school in Australia, Mount Scopus was established in 1949 as the mainstream Melbourne Jewish Community school. With its main campus in the Melbourne suburb of Burwood, and smaller campuses in the Caulfield and East Kilda areas, it provides the full range of Kindergarten to Year 12 educational facilities.

The Pratt family has had a long association with the school; Anthony Pratt, Heloise Waislitz and Fiona Geminder, the three children of Richard and Jeanne Pratt, are all Mount Scopus graduates. And the Pratt Foundation has been a major donor to the school, providing grants of over $1 million to help with fee relief for needy families.
